Good quality, minor shipping issue

I ordered 4oz of Green Maeng Da powder recently. The product itself was great, consistent quality, and I liked the packaging. Shipping was free because my order was over $50, which is always a plus. However, it took 7 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a bit slow compared to some other online stores I've used. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, a solid experience, but they could probably speed up delivery times a little.

Fast delivery, good product

Got my 1oz of White Indo Kratom powder quickly. Package arrived in 3 days. Product is good.

Reliable choice for Maeng Da

This was my third order from KratomSpot, and once again, they delivered. I've mostly stuck with their Maeng Da, specifically the Red Maeng Da, and the quality has been consistently good every time. My first order was about six months ago, and I've found their product to be reliable. They often have free shipping, which is why I keep coming back, especially for the 8oz powder sizes. This time, shipping was pretty quick, about 4 days to get to me on the west coast, which was faster than my last order. It's a dependable place to buy from.

Excellent Green Malay capsules!

I just got the 100 count Green Malay Kratom capsules and they are fantastic! The product arrived so fast, way quicker than I thought it would. Everything was packaged perfectly and very secure. The capsules are exactly what I was looking for. I am really impressed with the quality and the whole experience. Will definitely order from them again!

Smooth order to delivery

My recent purchase was a 250 count of Red Bali Kratom capsules. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and intuitive; I found what I needed quickly. I received an email confirmation right away, and a shipping notification with tracking within 24 hours. The package arrived in discreet packaging as promised, which I appreciate. The capsules were sealed well and seemed fresh. I had no need to contact customer support, which is often a good sign on its own! The product quality was exactly as expected for Red Bali. I'm happy with this transaction and would consider them again for future needs.
